"We thank everyone for your prayers and ask for our privacy at this time".

Sister Sister actress Tamera Mowry-Housley is searching for her niece, who was at the Borderline Bar and Grill in Thousand Oaks, Calif. when a gunman opened fire and killed at least 12 people.

According to reports, Tamera's husband, Adam Housley tried to locate his niece at the Los Robles Regional Medical Center around 3:30 a.m. but was turned away because the facility was on lockdown.

"My gut is saying she's inside the bar, dead", Housley told the Los Angeles Times. "I'm hoping I'm wrong", he said. "Her Apple Watch and iPhone still showed her location on the dance floor", Castillo wrote.

Housley said his niece had been at the bar with classmates when the shooting occurred. In an very bad twist, Adam Housley was one of the reporters on the ground who covered the 2015 San Bernardino shooting, according to CBS 2 anchor Peter Daut. "You just don't think that - same stupid quote - you just don't think it's going to happen to you".

"My gut is saying she's inside the bar, dead", her anxious uncle, Adam Housley, told an LA Times reporter outside the Los Robles Regional Medical Center, where he was looking for his niece. I know you always hear those things...

Adam asked his Twitter followers to pray and expressed hope for a positive outcome.

Mowry first responded to a tweet from her niece's suitemate, who said she was still missing after the shooting.

"I was waiting for the assholes to appear". Please do me a favor and introduce yourself in person and see what the result will be.
