Rajkummar Rao, Who Worked with Vikas Bahl On 'Queen,' Speaks Out Against Director

A legal notice released to the media and seen by AFP said Bahl "denies all allegations".

In accusations published on HuffPost India Saturday, the unnamed woman said Bahl had insisted on escorting her to her room and pretended to pass out drunk on her bed, only to awaken and masturbate on her. "I remember being at a party where there were other people from the industry also present". He said, "As a man, I know what it is to say that". I was advised to stay quiet because they said people will assume I am trying to grab publicity.

On further probing, Imran claims that this allegation on Bahl is just a tip of the iceberg.

"Later, he was showing these photos to the three shortlisted actresses and other women on the sets. We will wait for one or two days and then decide".

When asked whether he would like to talk about these incidents in detail, Imran declined. I strongly condemn whatever is going on. But through this interview, I would like to say that if ever these ladies decide to come out against Bahl, I will be standing by them unconditionally. There are men who make false promises of love and marriage to a girl to get them in to a relationship that is also a type of harassment. In a recent conversation with a daily, Bollywood actor Imran Khan opened up about the situation and expressed he's glad that the #MeToo movement is finally happening in Bollywood.

The notice, issued by Advocate Shamsher Garud of Jayakar and Partners, also stated that Anurag bribed another employee to go out against Vikas and falsely accuse him.

A basic requirement really for journalists.

Separately, superstar Aamir Khan met with The Film and Television Producers Guild of India to discuss ways to ensure safe environment for women in the industry amid multiple allegations against Bollywood celebrities.

The actor continued, "There are a lot of things that have happened in front of me and bothered me for years. To be fair, I haven't had the time to reach out to him and have this discussion". The survivor added that she approached Anurag Kashyap in October 2015 to confide in him but her testimony was not taken up seriously. "I have decided to make my position known on this issue because unlike two years ago when I was forced to be cordial with this man at public events, I do not intend to shake his hands and smile at him", he signs off.
