Later, the company is going to be announcing which key markets are going to be receiving this smartphone.
The Korean technology giant has just slashed the cost of its flagship Galaxy S9 device by £100 - reducing it to £639. Finally, the company is also claiming better low-light performance with the Galaxy A7's 24MP lens, which will combine four pixels into one pixel in low-light conditions. Fresh information reveals that the handset will be announced on September 25 and it will be exclusively available through Flipkart. The teasers reveal that the smartphone will be equipped with Dolby Atoms for surround sound experience and triple rear cameras.
A smartphone with four cameras was an obvious assumption, but we though it would be a case of two on the back and two on the front, or a Galaxy A7 (2018)-like one/three split. The camera offers all the standard features offered by Samsung such as Selfie Focus, Pro Lighting Mode, AR Emoji, filters and others.
The Galaxy A7 (2018) features a 6-inch S-AMOLED screen with Infinity Display design that offers an aspect ratio of 18.5:9. The device also packs in an 8MP front camera with variable selfie flash.
Both phones have a 3300mAh battery but do not support fast charging. The handset is loaded with Android 8.0 Oreo.
The Galaxy J6+ also gets a dual camera setup at the back, with 13 megapixel primary and 5 megapixel secondary sensor, while the Galaxy J4+ makes do with a 13megapixel single rear camera. The users can further expand the storage up to 256GB by adding a microSD card.
It will be available in the United Kingdom in three colours including blue, black and gold. Samsung's new Galaxy A7 will be Flipkart exclusive as well, and the e-commerce portal already has a link live for the new smartphone.
