Huawei Malaysia recently demoed their new Kirin 980 chipset showing off its gaming performance and camera capabilities.

Mere weeks before Huawei is set to officially unveil its Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro smartphones, which is taking place at a much-anticipated October 16 event, a stunning show-all video has revealed just how much of a threat the series could be to Apple's new iPhone XS and Google's Pixel 3 flagships. Huawei did not stop there though, adding some unique twists to the earbuds - well, the case to be more specific. The Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro will reportedly have a cool bonus if you also buy the upcoming Freebuds 2 Pro true wireless earbuds. According to Quandt, the Freebuds have three hours of listening, extended to 20 hours with charges from the case, just like the AirPods. Wireless charging will be a bit slower, but still, a great option for when you're on the go.

According to sources, the Mate 20 Pro will also sport a headphone jack. Marketing materials for the Mate 20 and Freebuds 2 Pro say that you can also use the phone as a charging pad. It appears a total of 20 hours of play may be possible off a single charge of the case, so the case itself will probably hold around 6 charges. However, when it launches, we're now to understand that a new version of Huawei Freebuds will launch alongside. Huawei indicates the new earbuds use bone conduction technology to help isolate a user's voice, making the earbuds more effective when used for voice commands.

Freebuds 2 Pro, a new pair of wireless earphones by Huawei has leaked out on the internet.
