Ohio State was first to score in Saturday ngiht's game.
Ohio State starts out with a strong defensive effort from Nick Bosa who forces a fumble that leads to a touchdown in the first half, before exiting with an injury.
This game technically is being played at a neutral site, AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Tx., but obviously this venue is a short trip from TCU and a very long one from OH, so the Horned Frogs should have a substantial home crowd advantage. Horned Frogs' running back Sewo Olonilua ran 6 yards for a touchdown, raising the score 10-7. If it was, Ohio State would've had 1st and Goal from inside the 5-yard line. Trailing 14-13 by the middle of the match, the Buckeyes pulled out all of the stops to ensure a win in Arlington's At&T Stadium.
The Buckeyes work to close the gap as placekicker Sean Nuernberger kicked a 30 yard field goal. The Buckeyes gave up 511 yards but tilted the game with Kid Bosa's strip sack and Dre'Mont Jones' pick-six. Next up, Ohio State will go up against Tulane on September 22nd at home, this time with Urban Meyer whose suspension will be up while TCU will face off against Texas in its Big 12 opener.
