It comes a month after his spokeswoman confirmed that the 49-year-old was in hospital recovering from surgery, saying "he is grateful for the concern and asks for continued privacy as he heals".
Matthew Perry has secretly spent the past three months in hospital following emergency surgery on his bowel after it ruptured.
Recently, Perry's friend Kayti Edwards spoke about the height of the star's addiction, telling Us Weekly that he was "on a roll for about three months" when she realised how bad it had got.
Perry, who played Chandler Bing on the iconic United States sitcom, would often turn up to work hungover, leading his Friends co-stars - including Jennifer Aniston - begging him to get help. "Check", Matthew wrote, which has since been liked nearly 10,000 times.

According to the Mayo Clinic, a gastrointestinal perforation is caused by a hole which can develop through the stomach, large bowel, or small intestine.
He has also spoken openly about his time in rehab two years later and described the experience of getting sober as "hard".
Perry found fame in the 1990s while starring as Chandler Bing in classic United States sitcom Friends.
Friends ended in 2004, but fans rejoiced when all 10 series were brought to Netflix in January.
