Kensington Palace released photographs from the 2-month-old royal's special day on Sunday, a week after Prince William and Kate Middleton's youngest son was christened at The Chapel Royal at Saint James's Palace in London, England, on July 9.
R. Vaughan Williams" "Prelude on "Rhosymedre'" was played as the family enters the Chapel Royal; this song was played at William and Catherine's wedding and the 1981 wedding of Louis's grandparents, the Prince and Princess of Wales.
Kate's sister Pippa, who is now pregnant with her first child, proudly stood with her husband James Matthews and brother James Middleton. Photographer Matt Holyoak took the photos of Prince Louis and his family at Clarence House following the service.
'Everyone was so relaxed and in such good spirits, it was an absolute pleasure.
"I was truly honored at being asked to take the official photographs at the christening of Prince Louis, and to witness at first hand such a happy event", Holyoak said in a statement, according to People.
In the second portrait of the Cambridges posing with just royal family relatives, Charlotte can't keep her eyes off little Louis. "I only hope I have captured some of that joy in my photographs", Holyoak told The Daily Mail.
And finally, the fourth photo showcases just mum and bub.
Prince Louis' official christening photos are here!
Prince Louis' christening took place last week, and aside from giving us our first glimpse of His Royal Highness since his birth, it was the first time the Cambridges had stepped out as a five-some.
After the ceremony, the baby prince looked content and adorable as he wiggled his fingers at his smiling mum.
