Main Take-Aways About Elder Scrolls: Blades From Bethesda's E3 Conference

Bethesda Just Announced ELDER SCROLLS VI and STARFIELD

Bethesda Officially Announces The Elder Scrolls VI

Does this mean - Starfield will release before Elder Scrolls VI?

Fallout 76 will now allow players to build settlements and interact with other players in an always online platform. At its core, Fallout 76 is an open world survival game where you work with others in parties of four to build bases, collect resources, and fend off all of the insane beasts the wasteland has to offer.

Where will The Elder Scrolls VI be set?

Howard said that Fallout 76 is the single biggest project in terms of manpower that Bethesda has ever done-more people are working on Fallout 76 than any other game in its history-and rightly so given it's an online service game that will require a ton of balancing acts.

The new Fallout 76, which doesn't roll out until November 14, is taking an unusual approach compared to previous iterations in Bethesda's post-nuclear wasteland.

A new standalone sequel to Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus was announced, titled Wolfenstein: Youngblood.

It will eventually come to consoles, but it'll launch on mobile devices first, which signals it's not almost as deep or complicated as a traditional Elder Scrolls game is. The company shared a short teaser but no further details about The Elder Scrolls VI, the first game in its main Elder Scrolls series since The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (2011).

There's also a building component in Elder Scrolls Blades though we don't know too much about it yet. Where most developers erred on the side of simple 2D spin-offs, The Elder Scrolls Travels boldly offered the entire 3D experience on handhelds, first as dungeon crawlers, then, much like Blades, with fully 3D environments in Shadowkey. When will it take place in the timeline of the Elder Scrolls universe? Gamers will be able to play against PC and console players on their smartphones, and vice versa. Titled Very Special Edition, the game's Amazon page description reads: "Bethesda Game Studios is proud to present Skyrim. for Alexa".

Typhon Hunter will be a free update for owners of the Mooncrash DLC, which is out now.
