Thurber apparently jetted into London, where she's in the middle of working on Wonder Woman 2, for a whirlwind trip to pitch her on the idea.
The action thriller-which follows an Interpol agent as he tracks the world's most wanted art thief-sparked a bidding war among the major studios. She is now shooting for "Wonder Woman 2" directed by Patty Jenkins. She recently aligned with Sue Kroll on a Warner Bros deal for My Dearest Fidel, a fact-based tale that is a potential star vehicle for her. Details on the project are being kept under wraps, but it is described as a globe-trotting, action-comedy heist thriller designed as a three-hander between Johson, Gadot, and another male star who will soon be set. It will mark Thurber and Johnson's third collaboration, following Central Intelligence and Skyscraper, which will drop later this summer. Dwayne Johnson is his own superhero. Wendy Jacobson of FPC is executive producing.
