No Man’s Sky – coming soon to Xbox One

If you've been waiting to play No Man's Sky on XBox One, you'll be happy to hear that it's headed your way on July 24th. You'll need to head to the linked social accounts settings menu on Xbox one to find this option. The announcement was made by Hello Games' Sean Murray during today's Inside XBox.

120Hz video refresh rate: If you have a high refresh-rate monitor or television, the Xbox One can now support up to 120Hz. Xbox Live subscribers can now link their account with a Discord account so you can see what your friends are playing and doing across networks.

Starting from the Discord app on PC or on a mobile device, you will see an option to link your Xbox account with your Discord account through the Connections tab under User Settings. Because of this, Xbox One X and Xbox One S will now support output at 2560 x 1440 (1440p) resolution for games and media. Now, sharing is getting even quicker!

Xbox One version 1805 has been available since 8am Pacific Time, so you can grab it now.

Starting with the May Xbox One update you'll be able to trim your recent game captures and share them on Twitter from the in-game Guide.

Family Settings improvements. A new Details page in Family Settings helps parents more easily manage all of their family settings. Important settings that are turned off or require attention will be flagged for parents, as well. And finally, with the new intuitive button commands, you can use the "View" button on Home to edit the order of blocks or reorder items within Groups. It can also give you more capture options on the Guide screen. This allows users to switch from one game to another easily. First off, Microsoft has modernized the Xbox Accessories app to make it easier to use and look at.
