Earlier in the week, we learned that Google has a redesign of the Gmail web interface arrivingfor G Suite and regular users in the coming weeks. An icon for snoozing joins the existing archive and delete option above the message body, while below are smart replies in rounded bubbles.
But Google has trained their AI to separate voices that talk at the same time, and they showed the public how it's done by using a video recording.
"Taking up less than 5MB, the app is quick to download without using much data, and it takes up minimal space on your phone".
In a news report, the researchers from Google has demonstrated the deep learning audio-visual model for separating a single audio signal from a mixture of sounds. Since 2006, Google has started offering a Java-based app of Gmail for mobile phones.
With the new Gmail, Google will be releasing a handful of first-party ones for Calendar and Keep. In fact it looks like Google Lens just got a lot handier because in celebration of National Pet Day, Google has announced an update to Google Lens that will make it capable of identifying cat and dog breeds. G Suite customers apparently received word about this Gmail redesign - so check your inbox ASAP because there's another important feature to take note of: emails self-destruct. Probably you must know at least one or two of their tips, but in case you're new to the pet world or to Google Photos, it's good to know these things. This week, a brand new design was leaked by TechCrunch for the web version of Gmail, along with several new features including Smart Reply from the web client, the ability to snooze emails, and offline support.
The next weeks are going to be exciting as we look forward to what Google has in store for Gmail. As per official report, it will soon be available on mobile search in the web browser and on the Google Search app for iOS.
Google is apparently completely overhauling Google Tasks as a part of this refresh. The company will be hosting its annual I/O developer conference from 8 May 2018 until 10 May 2018 and it's likely that further plans will be revealed then.
