Developed with Marvel Studios and Marvel Themed Entertainment, the new attractions will appear at Disneyland Resort, Disneyland Paris, and Hong Kong Disneyland.
Today, the company revealed that the Marvel-themed lands have been confirmed for California's Disneyland Resort, Disneyland Paris and Disneyland Hong Kong. Park-goers can expect a brand-new, live-action production to debut at this year's Summer of Super Heroes (June 10 to September 30), followed by a "hyper-kinetic adventure" in 2020, featuring Iron Man and your favorite Avengers. This will be in addition to the Iron Man Experience, which opened past year and is now the resort's most popular attraction.
At Anaheim's Disney California Adventure, they have already transformed the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror into Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: BREAKOUT!
Some of Marvel's most popular superheroes are coming to Disneyland. The "It's Tough to Be A Bug" show has already closed, with the other, kiddie-sized rides closing in late summer.
Disneyland Resort will get a "completely immersive superhero universe", with experiences centered around Spider-Man and the Avengers planned to open in 2020. In Paris, Iron Man and the Avengers will star in a new attraction opening in 2020.
Hong Kong Disneyland will also be getting its own Marvel-themed area, adding to the current Iron Man Experience with an attraction in which visitors get to team up with Ant-Man and The Wasp. Share your thoughts below!
Avengers: Infinity War will be released in theaters on April 27, 2018.
