Police have been trying to determine whether the deaths Wednesday were three homicides and a suicide.

Mr. Davis said that it was clear to investigators that there was no gun near the girl, the teenage male or the middle-aged man. The man whose body they had not yet moved was believed to be the father of the child.

Kemper says it appears all the victims were related.
