October is an upcoming romantic drama film directed by Shoojit Sircar and written by Juhi Chaturvedi. Not because one actor is doing good in films.
Varun Dhawan will now be seen in director Shoojit Sircar's October with newcomer Binita Sandhu.
He said, "I think it's true".
Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan says his upcoming film "October" came as a much-needed opportunity in his film career. "When I heard the story, I was so moved by it that I felt the need of doing the film", said the actor. "When I sign a film, I look at the script more than anything, and how much the maker is putting in the film". An intense love story picturised by fabulous cinematography set against a winter backdrop, the film looks to bring typical Bollywood romance flavours. "They signed me for the film even before Badrinath Ki Dulhania and Judwaa 2", said Dhawan.
Shoojit said "I had a different perception (of him) altogether, of people who become overnight stars with a insane fan following, which I'm not used to".
To this, Varun added, "This film is based on honesty, I couldn't do anything else which I do in other films". I started doing that and felt a huge change. In an interview with a leading tabloid, Shoojit Sircar revealed how Varun prepared for his role in "October". Varun Dhawan seems to have explored quite a different and emotional side of himself in October. While Rajesh Khanna acted in 15 consecutive successful films in a span of 3 years, Salman Khan has delivered 12 consecutive successful films and the count is expected to increase further with Race 3 slated to release this Eid.
