Juan Mata has warned his Manchester United team-mates not to underestimate the threat posed by Sevilla when they take on the Spanish side in the last 16 of the Champions League on Tuesday night.

"Mourinho said: "[Pogba] did [train] after you left.

"If we go through to the quarter-final draw, it doesn't matter the opponent - for us or for Sevilla - will always be one of the big names in European football, but we will try".

Mourinho's men have been written off at various points this campaign and major questions were asked and decisions queries ahead of each of their last three league games.

A Sevilla victory would mean qualifying for the quarterfinals for the first time in six decades, and the historic chance has drawn the largest crowd of Sevilla fans so far to attend an away match in the Champions League knockout stage, reports Efe.

"It's fantastic and I have always dreamed of playing here".

Paul Pogba is a doubt for for the tie after the 24-year-old missed Saturday's Premier League win against Liverpool through injury and manager Jose Mourinho is unsure whether the midfielder will be available on Tuesday.

"The most important thing is to do that and be focused on doing that and not what people or the media will say about it".

"For the club and for everybody it's important to move forward in the Champions League and to feel that we are up there, alongside the best teams".

Mourinho hinted Marcus Rashford is in line for another start after his two-goal display against Liverpool. Mourinho retaliated against Frank de Boer for the criticism made by the Dutchman, and absolutely destroyed the Dutchman.
