At a time when many manufacturers have borrowed the design principles from the iPhone X, Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S might be very different. This was not enough to confirm recent leaks and hints that the Mi Mix 2s will have a corner notch to accommodate a front-facing camera, in any case. However, considering the available specifications, it is safe to say that components on the unknown Xiaomi smartphone will be inferior to the ones available on the upcoming Mi MIX 2S - which will launch with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC. This suggests that the bottom of the smartphone will have the room of the front camera sensor. Xiaomi might have included ambient light and proximity sensors on the bottom, alongside the selfie camera. Apart from that, the leak also suggests that the Xiaomi Mi 7 will have wireless charging capabilities which suggest that the phone will come with a glass-back design as the glass is known to be better suitable for wireless charging than metal.
The Mi Mix 2S is due for launch on March 27. The very new rumor even said that the Xiaomi is planning to offer 7.5W wireless charging on the Mi 7 which is as per expectation to be based on the Qi Specification Version 1.1.
The unique arrangement was leaked by blurry photos and videos of what is reportedly the Mi Mix 2s, with a tiny notch on the upper right corner of the edge-to-edge display, as shown by The Verge.
This Redmi Note 5 Pro already managed to bring a very similar-positioned dual camera setup that looks like highly inspired by the iPhone X. According to the Geekbench listing, the Xiaomi Dipper is powered by Snapdragon 845 SoC which is paired with 6 GB RAM and is running Android 8.0 Oreo.
This smartphone also most recently found to comprise a 4000mAh battery anyway.
