St. Louis native Sterling K. Brown, star of the NBC series "This Is Us" and now on the big screen in "Black Panther", will make his "Saturday Night Live" hosting debut next month, NBC announced Tuesday. At first glance, there's a glaring lack of women in the March Saturday Night Live lineup, but for the time being, we'll excuse that blunder after watching Brown celebrate his upcoming hosting duties in an adorable video on Twitter. His single, "Wild Love", from his upcoming second album was released February 8.
National Basketball Association great Charles Barkley will take up hosting duties for the fourth time on March 3. He can promote "Barry", the HBO series on which he is creator, executive producer, director and lead actor.
Hader will be joined on this show by Arcade Fire, which is mostly notable in that they're one of the best musical guests best known in SNL lore for their appearance in a sketch. He is also a studio analyst for the NCAA March Madness coverage on Turner and CBS.
Saturday Night Live's 43rd season, which has so far welcomed Gal Gadot, Tiffany Hadish, Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift and more as hosts and musical guests, announced an impressive roster for coming shows Tuesday (February 20) that includes an Emmy-winner, a Billboard chart-topper and a recipient of the Grammy for Album of the Year.
