The free weekend includes access to all 26 heroes and 17 maps.

For more on Overwatch's free weekend, you can check out the official announcement and FAQ on Blizzard's website. Do note that you'll have to use the same Blizzard account that you played on during this free weekend.

It must surprise Blizzard that there are people out there still not playing Overwatch. PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players will be able to download the client from their respective stores on February 13. "If you haven't already had the opportunity to suit up and save the world as one of the heroes of Overwatch, now's your chance".

The beta will kick off on February 16 starting around 11:00 AM PDT, and will conclude on February 19 at 11:59 PM PDT. What's more, you'll have access to modes including Quick Play, Custom Games, and Arcade during the taster.

Those who decide to take part in Overwatch's forthcoming free weekend will be privy to the ability of leveling up, earning Loot Boxes, and unlocking a bunch of different customization options within the team-based shooter.

The result is the 4K video attached at the bottom of this news, which we advise you to watch on screens of adequate size in order to better understand the differences.

When trying to game out this weekend, new players will be able to grab the event's temporarily-available skins.

The publisher has announced that new PC, Xbox One and PS4 players can try the game for free next weekend and get a good taste of the Lunary New Year seasonal event.
