Kim Cattrall to Sarah Jessica Parker: You're Not my Friend

Kim Cattrall slams 'cruel' Sarah Jessica Parker for reaching out after brother's death

Spite and the City: Kim Cattrall drags former co-star Sarah Jessica Parker

Kim Cattrall wants to make it very clear how she feels about Sarah Jessica Parker at this time.

She went on: "You are not my family".

"My Mom asked me today 'When will that @sarahjessicaparker, that hypocrite, leave you alone?'" Kim wrote.

There were reports, regularly denied by Cattrall, that she was holding up plans for a second sequel to the original movie version of Sex And The City (2008).

In ending her message, Cattrall left a link to a New York Post article titled, "Inside the mean-girls culture that destroyed 'Sex and the City'". Cattrall responded to that story by insisting that she never agreed to do the film, that Parker should've been "nicer" to her, and that she and her co-stars had "never been friends".

As The Associated Press reported, the two actresses haven't gotten along for years.

Parker said she was "just heartbroken" about it, but the drama seemed to subside for a while until Parker tried to reach out to offer her sympathies to Cattrall and her family. "We've been colleagues and in some ways it's a very healthy place to be because then you have a clear line between your professional life and relationship and your personal".

Chris Cattrall, 55, was found dead on his rural property in Lacombe last week.
