A screenshot revealing some of the key specs of the upcoming handset has found its way online, confirming double the memory and a bigger battery. The image only mentions a few of the specs but the information matches what many rumors have said in recent weeks.
During the month of December, when Qualcomm was proud to announce the Snapdragon 845, Xiaomi also said that a premium phone would be getting launched in 2018 that would feature this new chipset. There will be a dual camera setup at the back, up to 8GB of RAM, AI-driven Face Unlock technology and the same 5.99-inch display on the front. The processor is rumored to be part of the Samsung Galaxy S9, which will be launched at MWC.
A fresh report has revealed the design and specifications of the rumoured device - Mi MIX 2s. However, if that wasn't enough proof of the phone's impressive internals and that revolutionary bezel-less design, an official-looking promotional banner of the Mi Mix 2S has also emerged recently. The most noticeable change is on the front camera, which now sits on the top right corner of the device. The first two releases have featured a fingerprint sensor on the back.
When it comes to the specifications, Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S will feature the top-of-the-line hardware. The Mi Mix 2s will feature 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM along with 256GB of high speed UFS storage.
The same design language followed with the Mi Mix 2 (REVIEW) which was released previous year. The Mi 7 is rumored to be launching with two variants some time in March. The bezels appear to be thinner than those on the Mi Mix 2.
MWC is only 15 days away, so we won't have to wait long to see the newest products from the company. Let us know in the comments.
