He received a 30/30 on the test which would have detected any serious mental impairments, including alzheimer's disease.
But Dr Jackson said he has "absolutely no concerns" about his cognitive abilities, cholesterol and cardiac health, among other things.
Mr. Trump's doctor said he is a healthy person.
The appointment lasted four hours and involved 12 consultants.
The president, like most Americans, would benefit from a "diet that is lower and fat and carbohydrates", along with more exercise, the doctor said.

Jackson said he would consult with nutritionists and work out an exercise program for the president.
"I've found no reason whatsoever to think the President has any issues whatsoever with his thought processes", Jackson said.
The doctor said a recent incident in which Trump slurred some words while making public remarks may have been the result of Sudafed that the doctor had given the president to take on the previous day.
"He has incredibly good genes; it's just the way God made him".
Donald Trump also doesn't mind a bit of KFC, either.
