TMZ has obtained a copy of the suit, and it alleges that Cesar Sanchez-Guzman attended a party, which was attended by "many young gay males", on a yacht owned by tech investor Lester Waters.
It goes on to claim that once Singer had "lured" Sanchez-Guzman into a room, Singer allegedly forced the teen to perform oral sex before later performing oral sex on Sanchez-Guzman.
"As a result of the misconduct and unlawful acts described herein, Plaintiff has suffered, and continues to suffer, general and special damages", the Pacific Northwest filing on behalf of Cesar Sanchez-Guzman says.
Singer, through a representative, categorically denied Guzman's claims in a statement to TMZ. Guzman says that, after meeting Singer, the director offered to take Guzman on a tour of the boat.
After the incident, Singer is reported to have both threatened and intimidated Sanchez-Guzman in order to ensure his silence. Singer allegedly also warned Sanchez-Guzman that if he came forward with his story, he would not be believed, and that Singer had the resources to ruin him. Although the alleged victim pleaded with him to stop, Singer allegedly wouldn't and caused him to choke.
He is also just the latest powerful Hollywood figure to face allegations of sexual assault and harassment, including movie mogul Harvey Weinstein and film producer Brett Ratner.
The allegation hits the same week Singer was sacked from his film Bohemian Rhapsody, which has been filming in London. In 2014, Michael Egan III filed a lawsuit claiming that Singer had drugged him and forced him to have sex at parties in the Los Angeles area and Hawaii. "These damages include, but are not limited to, emotional distress, mental anguish, physical and mental pain and suffering, a decrease in his ability to enjoy life, past and future medical expenses, attorneys' fees and costs, and other general and special damages, all in an amount to be determined at trial".
