The youngster has scooped Under-18 and Under-23 Premier League titles with Everton's youth sides and has 14 caps for Ireland Under-21s.

Harry Charsley and Fraser Hornby made their bows from the start, with Morgan Feeney impressive on his first start for the club.

Allardyce underwent heart surgery back in December 2009 to fix a narrow coronary artery during his time in charge of then-Premier League side Blackburn Rovers.

James McCarthy and Sandro Ramirez are two players that would have expected to play some part against a team that now occupy fifth place in the Cypriot First Division, with suggestions that the former was hoping to get 60 minutes under his belt.

Everton finished their campaign in third position, racking up four points from six games. This team is doing well in the domestic competition and at home, I think they will fancy a win over Everton.
