Tracee Ellis Ross appeared as the guest host on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on December 5, and she graciously took some time out of her monologue to help teach all men about sexual harassment. "You may not call me "ho" or 'slut.' And even if you're stoned or drunk, do not expose me to your junk", Ross read, showing a drawing of "Handsy Man" exposing himself to a woman. "First of all, let's start with the fact that it isn't a sex scandal". It isn't even a scandal.

Ross seemed surprised at the surprise with which many men responded to the revelations from "countless fearless women" that they'd suffered from sexual harassment - after all, she argued, "treating another human being with respect isn't complicated".

To clear the air, Ross wrote a parody-style children's book that while at first may appear amusing, makes you realize how serious the problem really is.

As with all good children's books, The Handsy Man had a very clear moral: "So Handsy Man, if you're still confused whether your behavior will be excused, I'll say it clearly, nice and slow: If she doesn't consent, the answer is no".

A ideal gift for the Handsy Man in your life.

Watch the clip above to hear Ross explain the basics of what men should not do to women in her book, "The Handsy Man".
