What have you really got to show for yourself?
Wrapped, which replaced Spotify's personalized Year in Music feature last year, tells you the amount of time you spent streaming music in 2016 and how many songs and artists you listened to. Spotify acknowledges the fact that 2017 has been an ordeal for lots of people on Wrapped's landing page, which says "in a year that many wanted to tune out, music gave us a reason to keep listening". Then, it follows up with "The Ones That Got Away" - a playlist of trendy tracks, curated especially for you based off your other music preferences.
Spotify then encourages you to share your overall "wrap".
A collection of all the music stats to surprise you (or, more often than not, confirm all your worst suspicions) when it comes to your listening habits over the past year. It asks for your top artists, top song, and top genre.
How many songs, artists and genres you listened to.
Now, with it's latest end-of-year feature, you can find out just what Spotify learned about you in 2017. Check out the company's Year in Music 2017 for Malaysians, showing the top tracks, artists, groups, albums, and more for the year 2017, and yes, Despacito made it to the list of most streamed tracks.
