Here's when Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris DLC unlocks

Here's when you can play Destiny 2: Curse of Osiris

Destiny 2: Curse of Osiris guide | Release date, preload time, weapons, new level and power caps

Team up and take on new Strikes, compete in new Crucible Arenas, and earn powerful new weapons and armour.

Pre-loading will be available, but not especially far in advance.

Curse of Osiris is the first of two expansions in Destiny 2's season pass. Launch day will also see another maintenance period, although an exact schedule or timetable for this hasn't been announced.

There is a scheduled 3-hour maintenance downtime, from 3pm until 6pm, after which the DLC will be playable.

In order to pre-load, you'll need to ensure you have enough storage space.

What is Curse Of Osiris?

You can buy Destiny 2 on Amazon or Game for £39 and £49.99 respectively. At 8 AM Pacific, Destiny 2 update 1.1.0 will be available to download, along with the Curse of Osiris expansion. These include the planet Mercury, the Vex-controlled Infinite Forest, and the Lighthouse, which is where the Followers of Osiris wait for the warlock's return.

It will also feature battles with the time-travelling Vex in brand new campaign missions.

The trailer even shows a short glimpse inside the Raid Lair, called "Eater of Worlds", which goes against previous Bungie philosophy of not showing or teasing much about Raid activities.

However aside from this, the majority of the datamine of Destiny 2 on PC uncovered concepts that could be used in future Destiny 2 DLC expansions, or not at all.

We don't yet know whether these references resemble cut content, or whether we could one day return to these old locations from the original Destiny.

This is the culmination of all the information that we now have on the Destiny 2 DLC, but we'll be sure to keep this guide updated with any new information the moment it breaks.
