If they choose to buy or upgrade to the full game, all their save data from the trial will carry over. Over on Steam, where it's got a surprising "mixed" rating, Wolfenstein II is now available at 50 percent off the normal price as part of the Black Friday sales, bringing it down to a bargain $29.99.
Those who haven't yet purchased Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus can now play the entire first level for free. Those who have been planning to purchase it can now get it at a much cheaper price.
The New Colossus is hands down one of the best games of 2017 and there's nearly zero reason you shouldn't be playing it. That should be $29 and $30, respectively. The PC version of the full game is being offered at a 50 percent discount on Steam, Green Man Gaming and GameStop.
"Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus" launched to critical acclaim on October 27, for both its story and the gameplay involved.
This is the tactic Bethesda and MachineGames have taken with the rather superb Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. Wolfenstein II has also been nominated in several categories for The Game Awards, including Best Game Direction, Best Narrative, Best Action Game and Best Performance (Brian Bloom as BJ Blazkowicz). There's a free trial of the game (or demo, if you remember those - God I'm old!) available for download right now on the Xbox Store, PSN Store and Steam.
