The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) on Monday hailed the appointment of Mr Boss Mustapha as the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.
With his law practice fully taken off, Mustapha was appointed Principal Counsel in the firm Messrs Mustapha & Associates, His legal interests and expertise included privatization commercialization and Liberalization of Public Companies/Corporate and Government Parastatals.
"Yemi Osinbajo which investigated allegations against the suspended Secretary to the Government of the Federation Babachir David Lawal and the Director General, National Intelligence Agency (NIA) Ambassador Ayo Oke", Femi Adesina, presidential spokesman, said in a statement.
The new appointment it was learnt that was part of the move by kitchen cabinet of the President Buhari led government to give the president an edge in the coming 2019 elections.
"NANS is conclusively calling on the newly appointed SGF to see the appointment as a clarion call to service, based on tested and proven integrity".
Just last week Friday a campaign office was opened for the 2019 presidential bid of President Buhari at Jabi area of Federal Capital Territory within Abuja Municipal Area Council.
He received the report of the panel on August 23. The report should be made public.
Such requirements include CAC registration, tax payment, PENCOM certificate, VAT, ITF and BPP registration.
Babachir Lawal, was said to be complicit in contracts relating to funds meant for Internally Displaced People in the country's north.
While Oke was suspended after claiming that the N13bn recovered by the EFCC belongs to his agency.
Oke was removed after the discovery of some $43 million (37 million euros) in cash at a private residence in an upscale area of the commercial hub of Lagos.
Buhari had set up the Vice President's panel that recommended for his sack.
