She said she made an appointment for 6:30 p.m. and by 7:45 she still had not been seen by a doctor and was in "severe pain and throwing up in a trash can".

"All they had me do was pee in a cup to see if I'm pregnant. ummm I know I'm not". The video, filmed by Stipes's daughter, shows the doctor not only cursing his patient out, telling her to get "the f**k out of my office", but he later grabs the daughter's phone after finding out he was being recorded.

When the doctor realized her daughter had recorded his temper tantrum, he grabbed the phone from her hand and began walking away.

The Gainesville Sun reported that police are investigating the incident that occurred Monday at Gainesville After-Hours Clinic.

Gallogy says the video doesn't show the events that led up to the confrontation.

"Get the [expletive] out of my office", he screams.

The video had 250,000 views and almost 4,000 shares on Facebook as of Wednesday.

The patient's daughter recorded the scene as her mother was yelled at and kicked out of the medical clinic by the doctor who became angry when she complained about the long wait to be seen.

"Are you kidding me?" the doctor asks, his voice raised. It's 7:45 and we've already been working on you.

But the woman said that she'd been misled about the wait times, and that she hadn't gotten the treatment she had come in for.

They go back and forth for a few seconds until Stipe says she wants to leave.

"Then fine. Get the hell out", he said.

He goes on to say she would be waiting far longer if she had gone to another clinic or an emergency room. "Go to the ER and wait for nine hours", the doctor yelled, pointing a finger at Stipe. "I got seven rooms back there", Gallogly snapped before asking her if she even wanted to be seen.

The Gainesville After-Hours Clinic's website said on a since-deleted page that Gallogly graduated from the University of Florida College of Medicine in 2001 and completed his residency in family medicine at Alachua General Hospital.

The clinic posted a statement from Gallogly who apologized and told his side of the story.

Stipe asked for her copay to be refunded so she could go to a different clinic the next day "because I'm just that miserable that all I want is my bed".

Stipe posted another Facebook status yesterday thanking friends for supporting her. "You know this was uncalled for & for those of you who don't and are being rude and hateful to me and my child".
