The 19-year-old midfielder, a Brazil under-20 global, posted an image of himself at the 5 star Hotel Camiral ahead of his loan switch to Girona FC, which should be announced tomorrow or soon after.

Reports in El Mundo Deportivo and Diario Sport reflects those in Globoesporte which state the 19-year-old will join the newly-promoted La Liga club imminently following his arrival in Manchester.

It has already been a busy for The Citizensas Pep Guardiola looks to prepare his side for a title charge in his second season, having disappointed somewhat in his debut campaign in England failing to win a trophy for the first time in his managerial career.

The loan move is not official, with Manchester City saying they will make a statement on his immediate future in the coming days.

Scoring twice in 15 appearances, Luiz has recently established himself in the side as Vasco settled into life in the Brazilian top flight.

The playmaker is the fourth addition for City during this summer transfer window, following Bernardo Silva, goalkeeper Ederson and right back Kyle Walker, who joinedfrom Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur on Friday.
