Lalu attacks Nitish, says those who confused always get betrayed

Amid rumours of a possible rift between Lalu Yadav led Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), the Janata Dal (United) on Saturday said that deputy chief minister Tejashwi Yadav should have shown the basic courtesy to meet Nitish who is the boss and explain himself, according to a report by The Indian Express.

The CBI also conducted raids on 12 premises of Lalu and others, including at Patna, in connection with the case on July 7. "However, Tejashwi should clarify before the Chief Minister and end political uncertainty in the State", said Tyagi in New Delhi on Monday.

Tyagi also reacted to Lalu Yadav's statement in which he said that Tejashwi would present his facts only before investigating agencies by saying, "The CM does deserve an explanation from his deputy". After that, sources said, the Congress will look at whether Tejashwi Yadav can be purged by Nitish Kumar or whether "coalition dharma" requires a voluntary opt-out by the young politician. "I appeal to Nitish Kumar with folded hands to solve the crisis and save Mahagathbandhan from split", he said, adding that the BJP has been trying to split the grand alliance. Curiously, among several factors responsible for Akhilesh taking that crucially and critical decision included Mulayam's proximity to Amar Singh, his opposition to Akhilesh's line of alliance with the Congress, and alleged closeness of both Mulayam and Amar to the BJP - all with regard to the UP assembly election held early this year.

Even Tejashwi Yadav, while commenting on the allegations against him lashed out at Government and said, "There is an emergency like situation in the country". "Actually, it is the father who put him in the quagmire of corruption", SuMo said.

Tejashwi's name was mentioned in the invitation.
