Love Island's Tyne-Lexy

Love Island hits a bum note

Love Island's Amber Davies turned down musical role for love

It was Tyne-Lexy Clarson who was the next contestant to leave the villa this evening in the second recoupling of the series.

Tyne-Lexy, 20, said she had no regrets as she felt she had "smashed everything" during her stay in the luxurious villa.

Johnny said: 'I want to couple up with this girl because she's been a massive part of my journey.

The 20-year-old dancer - who is now coupled up with Essex boy Kem Cetinay on the ITV2 dating show - snubbed the chance to star in the West End's sell-out show to stay in the Spanish villa in the hope of finding love and winning £50,000 with her "Love Island" partner.

"Everything's really intense, there's a lot of dramas".

"I'm sad but I'm trying to have a positive outlook on it and obviously I've been given a great opportunity and experience being in there for a full week", she said.

"Even though I didn't find love in there I've definitely come away with good friendships for life and I think the best is yet to come in the future".

In Thursday's episode Olivia admitted she found the new arrival "fit" and her attraction shows no sign of waning in Friday's show.

Fans of the show were quick to comment on her departure, with one person tweeting: "Tyne-Lexy was so underrated in the villa and Olivia is ridiculously overrated #LoveIsIand" as another put: "Why did no one couple up with Tyne Lexy???" "And they kind of like that kind of status in there but in the outside world I don't think". I think they'd clash massively.

Tyne-Lexy also let rip on Chris Hughes, believing he's the biggest game player.

She added: "But obviously it is a game and you can't really judge it by who's playing a game and who isn't because obviously everyone actually is playing the game, but no he came across a bit".

However, despite leaving early, Tyne-Lexy has "no regrets" and wouldn't change anything if she could turn back the clocks. I stayed true to myself, I didn't sway off the path at all so I wouldn't change anything.

She said: 'I would say Gabby and Marcel (would get engaged) because Marcel wants to settle down because he's the oldest one in there'.
