Mario Welcomes You To Super Nintendo World In New Video

As mentioned, the game was originally made for the Wii U and at the time of release, Hori also produced a special Pokkén Tournament Controller.

Speaking through a Nintendo Direct briefing, the gaming giant announced that "Pokken Tournament DX" will launch on September 22.

Unfortunately, this does mean that Hori's special Pokken Tournament Controller will only work when the game is docked and not in tabletop mode. The Switch version will be titled Pokken Tournament DX. Also, during battle you can have support from Litten and Popplio.

Unfortunately Super Nintendo World is still very far off from opening as the plan is to open it before the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, meaning that there is still a few years left.

Especially when Nintendo want £60 for their current Nintendo Switch Pro Controller.

A demo will reportedly be available at E3 2017 for attendees to try out.

In any event, there's little doubt that next week will the busiest week of the year for Nintendo, and we're excited to see what news the Nintendo's E3 2017 press conference brings forth.

Nintendo might have something big to share at Electronic Entertainment Expo after all. I expect there'll finally be some gameplay and if it's as well done as Insomniac's last big game, the Ratchet & Clank remake, I think it stands to be the best superhero game since at least Batman: Arkham Asylum. Nintendo will be hosting their usual Nintendo Spotlight presentation and will return once again with the Nintendo Treehouse: Live at E3 presentation, which will show off trailers and give details for new and upcoming games for the Nintendo Switch.
