Perry's case has since moved from East Lansing District Court to Ingham County Circuit Court, and his trial will be held July 17.

"He's back working out with the team", Harbaugh told reporters following a coaches' satellite camp at John Carroll University, according to the Detroit Free Press.

Harbaugh added Perry would be with the Wolverines in fall camp, acknowledging he didn't thing Perry's case was resolved yet.

Perry is accused of inappropriately touching a woman while waiting in line at an East Lansing, Michigan, bar in the early-morning hours of October 15. He was suspended again before the Orange Bowl and missed spring practice functions once the four charges were given in December.

MI suspended Perry for two games immediately after the altercation, citing "disciplinary reasons" but not giving any further explanation.

He will be Michigan's leading returning receiver with 23 career catches.

Oh nothing, just the designing the alternate uniforms that MI will wear this upcoming season. I don't know if I'm at liberty to say which game.

"We talked about it (with Nike) and when we first signed up with Nike we said that's something we'd be interested in, they were interested in it". I know which game it's going to be, but I don't want to steal somebody else's thunder.

Harbaugh says Brad Hawkins is going to play safety.

He said it will be worn "at least once this year".

"It's been an unbelievable partnership (with Nike, )" he said. 'Don Brown got to him'.

"Some people like the element of surprise", Harbaugh said, laughing.
