Lynchburg police arrested a man accused of possessing and distributing child pornography.
Authorities were led to 55-year-old Joe Lawrence Islas after they received a CyberTipline from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Krulewitch was released after posting a $100,000 bond.
Tulsa police investigators allege that Husted distributed images or videos of child pornography between January and March, according to court documents.
The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by members of the Division of Drug and Crime Control's Digital Forensics Investigative Unit.
Daniel Krulewitch has been charged with possession of child pornography in the first degree, enticing a minor and risk of injury to a child, the press release said. He faces up to 10 years in prison per charge if convicted.
Islas declined to be interviewed and was booked into the Williamson County Jail, Paxton's office said.
