It will be the first official global trip for Trump, who has joined the administration as an unpaid adviser to her father, President Donald Trump. "I wrote it at a different time in my life, from the perspective of an executive and an entrepreneur, and the manuscript was completed before the election last November".

Trump also said she will not do any publicity for the book, "out of an abundance of caution and to avoid the appearance of using my official role" to promote it.

The Ivanka M. Trump Charitable Fund is donor-advised, with Ivanka Trump serving as the grant adviser and sole member of IT WWW Pub LLC, the organization that receives royalties from the book sales.

The National Urban League and Boys & Girls Clubs of America are slated to receive the first donations - $100,000 each, according to a press release. Now that she doesn't have to worry about promoting her book (which was edited in March with a new foreword I'm sort of dying to read), Ivanka can focus on her upcoming diplomatic visit to the G20 Summit in Berlin. It will contribute all future royalties that are in excess of the advance to the fund during the period from May 1, 2017, to May 1, 2022, according to the statement. In the introduction, Trump writes that she wants to "change the narrative around women and work" and "provide solutions that educate and empower women to be their best selves, both personally and professionally".

Last year, Trump skipped a Republican debate to raise money for veterans' charities.

Ivanka Trump's first book, The Trump Card: Playing To Win In Work And Life, made it on to The New York Times bestsellers list.

It not yet clear where the rest of her book's proceeds will be donated.

The president's daughter has an office in the White House and an official role in her father's administration.
